It’s hard to believe that Triple Brew in Rojales will soon be three years old. We have been regular visitors in that time and it has been a delight to see the business succeed in what were very difficult times. To open during a pandemic and the restrictions we then had to endure was one thing, but making it through those many months and to come out the other end with a thriving bar was testament to the hard work of Faith, Michael and all of their wonderful staff.

So, what’s new at Triple Brew then? Well, the newest addition to the “empire” is the craft beer tap room and brewery. It is located just over the road from the original Triple Brew and most of the brewing is now done there, which means greater capacity and a wider variety of ales for punters to try. It is most definitely a bar, but food can be ordered from Triple Brew’s menu and it will be brought to your table in the Tap Room! Another thing we really loved in there was the air conditioning – perfect for a hot summer evening. When the weather cools down a bit, there’s plenty of outdoor seating too. Oh, and there’s a giant TV screen as well, so if your favourite sports event is going to be aired, ask a few days in advance and hopefully they can accommodate you. (Take note Seagulls Over Spain!) Although they don’t open until 6pm (Friday to Monday) there is a possibility of an early opening if there’s a game you want to see!!

Of course, there is still the original Triple Brew to keep you fed and watered throughout the year. The open barbecue isn’t roaring any more as it was just too hot to bear most of the time. Instead there are gas barbecues and pizza ovens producing amazing fayre whenever you want it. We’ve become partial to their Kiwi Burger as well as the Tandoori Pizza which has quite a kick to it! They also arrange entertaining and informative wine tasting on a regular basis. Just ask behind the bar for details.

For a while now there has been another string to Triple Brew’s bow. Just over the river is a shop, the Triple Brew Deli, selling beer and wine to go. It’s also the go-to place for cheese from throughout the world. You can order online and they deliver locally too.
