Expo Torrevieja IV looks like being an amazing success. The weather in Torrevieja isn’t the best this weekend which may well result in a bumper crowd. There is lots to see and do once you get there, so head over to the Auditorio de Torrevieja to see what’s on offer. It’s on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 October from 10am and it’s FREE!
There are too many exhibitors to list on a blog like this but there’s something for everyone. Several bodegas have tasting sessions for their wine. You buy a single tasting session ticket and then you can sample glasses from different ones. There’s some incredible Norwegian gin which Mrs Paella loved and treated herself to a bottle of! There’s some amazing gourmet tapas at reasonable prices and they really are a work of art.
Don’t forget to leave some loose change for Rock Against Cancer and pick up a flyer so you can mark the event on next year’s calendar. You can buy yourself some winter woollies, chat to Quiron Salud about your health insurance or thank the Spanish policemen from N332 for their fantastic service in keeping the English language motoring community informed of the law. Chill out to the cool sound of Big FM and remember to buy some tickets to see the excellent Studio 32 perform their latest play, The Wiz. There’s also a fabulous display of photos from a trip on the Trans-Siberian express to whisk you off to far off lands.
